Samsung’s S860 and S760 Digital Cameras Announced

Samsung’s S series digital cameras now have two more models available in the Samsung S860 and the Samsung S760. The S760 comes with 7 megapixels while the S860 offers 8 megapixels. Both digital cameras have 3X optical zoom, 11 scene modes, digital image stabilization technology and a LCD display of 2.4 inches. We also have Samsung’s Intelligent Face Recognition Technology, which aids in exposing and focusing on the individual’s face. Talking about colors, these two babies will be available in pink, silver and black versions starting from January 2008. Talking about price, the Samsung S760 will cost 79.99 pounds and the Samsung S860 still has no confirmed price, although it will be higher.Both models will also come with High Sensitivity ISO 1000, Self Shot and Function Description.

BenQ DC-X735 Announced

BenQ is back on the scene with a lot of new cameras, projectors and Intel based MIDs. Now they add a new product to their recent launches with the DC-X735 digital camera. It does look pretty nice, with a sleek design but it also looks quite similar to the BenQ T800. On the other hand, we have in the DC-X735 a nice 7.2 megapixel camera with a 2.5 inch LCD display, ISO to 6400 and 3 X zoom with 4 X digital zoom possibility. This little digital camera can record in MPEG4 and comes equipped with an SDHC slot that can support up to 4 GB of extra storage. We have two color designs, the Midnight-black and the Vixen-red and it should be available by the end of this month. No word on price till now.

Casio Exilim

Casio just made another breakthrough. This just might become the coolest digital camera to be launched this year. We have an Exilim prototype that comes at a 6 megabyte censor and can shoot video of up to 60 frames per second when used in full resolution mode. If you do not find this fast enough, there is also a great option to boost it to an amazing 300 frames per second in VGA mode. A 12x optical zoom will spice things up and the digital camera weighs in at 650 grams with a size of 27.5X79.5X130 mm.
