I was a little worried about purchasing this, since it mentioned in was Mac compatible in only one place and Windows compatible everywhere else. I ordered it yesterday and received it today, this one is both PC and Mac compatible. So far, it’s great and hopefully I will get the Christmas gifts completed!
I’ve been looking around for digital scrapbooking software for about two months since I’m going to use it professionally. I wanted something that was versatile, quick and easy, plus had lots and lots of goodies (fonts, embellishments, 3D effects, quotes/sayings, backgrounds of a wild variety of colors/textures) to make albums with, AND had easy to use import/export features. This software came in as number 1 on bing’s TopTenREVIEWS and I do think this shall be the one I buy today – mainly because of the reviews but also because so many digital scrapbooking clubs online use this software for quick & often free templates, kits, newsletters, help centers, etc (like scrapwow. com).
I own Photoshop and PS Elements but they’re rather cumbersome if you just want to do straight forward, yet topic rich, albums and you want to add other media in, plus be able to deliver it in a multitude of ways – like an iPod movie, for example. The cost is relatively inexpensive, too, for all that you get!
